Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor

In this role, you'll:

  • Safeguard company assets in assigned casino pit area.
  • Supervise and support dealers in assigned casino pit area.
  • Issue playing cards and dice, and examine for irregularities. 
  • Authorize fills and credits.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Effectively resolve guest complaints.
  • Complete applicable paperwork.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience
Minimum one year of casino table gaming experience with one year in Roulette or Craps required.

Typical Physical/Mental Demands
Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity and the ability to distinquish letters, numbers and symbols.

Requires normal (with or without corrective lense) vision range and absense of color blindness.

Requires standing for approximately eight hours with periodic breaks. Requires mobility.

Strong work ethic and consistent attendance required.

Typical Work-Conditions
Work is performed in a 24/7 operation. You may be required to work varying shifts in an area that may be noisy and dimly lit. You'll have continual contact with staff and guests.

Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.
