Engineering Supervisor

As Engineering Supervisor, you'll:

  • Manage and provide guidance and directions to subordinates to ensure adherence to business plans and objectives. 
  • Ensure building codes, building standards and maintenance principles are maintained. 
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience:     Three years previous facilities engineering experience (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).

Education:       High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience (or any other alternative deemed appropriate).

Training:          Including, but not limited to, New Hire Orientation and other supervisory development.

High school education or equivalent required.  Journeyman certificate in a related trade.  Excellent communication skills.  Ability to perform intermediate math. Understand and comply with all company, departmental and MGCB rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.  Requires knowledge/use of hand and power tools.  Requires communication by telephone, pager and radio.  Requires the ability to drive a truck and valid drivers license.
