As Beverage Shift Manager, you'll be accountable for preventative maintenance of all facilities, property, and equipment. Additionally, you'll:

  • Assist in maintaining all facilities on property and the property itself.
  • Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of facilities.
  • Possess knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Identify and diagnose deficiencies with the system and take corrective measures.
  • Perform mid-level to advanced level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
  •  Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Variety of other repair services. Assist other trades. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification in a trade and two years of experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of education/experience.
  • Must have minimum of two year of hands-on experience working in various engineering skill sets and the ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision or direction of a manager or supervisor.
  • Valid Michigan driver’s license required.
