Guest Service Agent Reser/PBX/Front Desk

Description:

The Guest Service Agent Reservation/PBX ensures guests satisfaction by providing efficient, professional and friendly service according to hotel standards and policies.
 
 

  1. Responsible for helping guests in all aspects of reservation and general information at front desk and Call Center
  2. Responsible for answering incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  3. Responsible for checking guests in and out of the Hotel and verifying accounts
  4. Responsible for completing various reports
  5. Other job related duties as assigned      

 
 

Requirements:

  1. Two (2) years experience at a high end hotel setting
  2. Prior Hotel property management system experience
  3. Minimum one year telemarketing or call center experience
  4. Experience with multi-phone and computerized reservations systems preferred
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Ability to operate Front Desk System, 10 key adding machine and type 45 wpm
  7. Full knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  8. Ability to perform basic math.
