General Summary
This position requires a friendly demeanor, positive attitude, attention to detail and excellent guest service skills to both internal and external guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enrolling guests in the True Rewards club.
  • Explaining club functions and benefits.
  • Redeeming points.
  • Explaining promotions and offers.
  • Selling tickets for various venues and events.
  • Taking jackpot pictures and completing required documentation.
  • Provide information concerning property services and local destinations.
  • Complete duties within regulations, policies and using proper procedures.
  • Assist with tournaments and casino events as requested.
  • Listen effectively, speak, read and write English clearly to gather and document important information.
  • Establish rapport with guests, obtain information and accurately input into the proper system.
  • Access and input information using a moderately complex computer systems.
  • Verify and accurately complete all monetary transactions.
  • Answer multi-line telephone and provide information/take credit card telephone orders as needed.
  • Knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures in order to provide consistent and accurate information to guests and other employees/departments.
  • Comprehend and follow written and/or verbal instructions.
  • Work under pressure with minimal errors and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain assigned shift/job requirements in conformance with company standards.
  • Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Job Specifications – Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest/employee safety in fire/emergency situations.
  • Abide by all State and Corporate gaming regulations pertaining to the presence of minors in gaming areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
  • Must be able to verify the right to work in the U.S.

    Working Conditions – Physical Requirements
  • Temperature changes associated with working indoors or outdoors.
  • Varied shifts determined by duties and business levels.
  • Providing service to guests who may be smoking and drinking alcohol.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Other conditions associated with a casino environment.
  • Able to see small print such as driver’s license information 100% of shift time .
  • Frequently stand/walk/sit as needed during your shift – some days standing and walking is 75% of shift; some days sitting 75% of shift, depending on events of the day.
  • Able to get in and out of seat numerous times per shift.
  • Able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.
