Bingo Agent

Pahrump Nugget, Gold Town & Lakeside (Pahrump, NV)



Work is performed in the Bingo area, heavy customer contact required.  Follows all policies and procedures.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Sell Bingo game cards and account for cash receipts.
  • Verify and call off winning game cards.
  • Operate ball number device; call numbers; announce special games and awards.         
  • Observe customers to see that they follow the rules of the game.
  • Assist in maintenance of all game equipment.
  • Assist players in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Knowledge of basic math skills.
  • Ability to handle currency and coin and make accurate change.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, co-workers and general public, pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people. 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.



  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Six (6) months Bingo experience preferred
  • Prior experience working in a team or group environment
  • Ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
  • Able to accurately perform basic math skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Walk, stand, sit, or stoop 100% of time
  • Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 pounds 25% of the time.
  • Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity 75% of the time.
  • Vision, hearing, speaking and literacy (critical).
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
