Description:

$500 Signing Bonus

Summary:

Provides support to the Credit & Collections Coordinator with processing credit requests and extensions.  Provides administrative support to the Cage department.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Process casino/hotel credit applications and verify the validity of the credit requests
  • Prepare and list pertinent credit information for credit authorizer’s review
  • Input, review, and monitor information in the credit, collections, and payroll systems
  • Update the Director and/or Manager on information regarding guest credit history changes within the casino industry
  • Prepare and send collection statements and customer correspondence
  • Post returned items into the computer system to ensure accurate accountability
  • Maintain and complete various gaming and company forms and reports
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Track the usage of supplies for the cage, credit, and collection areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 2 years of hotel/casino cage or credit experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Ability to efficiently apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in both written or oral form
  • Able to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Able to efficiently write routine reports and correspondence
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to effectively communication in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Valid Gaming registration (Multi-site)

 

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally push/pull up to 15 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 15 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels
  • Occasionally bend, reach, twist, squat, and stand
  • Frequently walk and sit
  • Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
