The Testing Services Group Leader has a broad range of core responsibilities within the Testing Services Group (TSG) and across the IT organization. The primary focus is to attract, develop and maintain an engaged and capable team of technology leaders and analysts. This includes creating a staffing strategy, hiring leaders, coaching the leadership team and creating a rewarding workplace environment for the entire group. They must effectively work with all level of team members to build, maintain, measure, and constantly improve the culture of software delivery excellence. As the Testing discipline owner, the TSG Group Leader will be an advocate for organizational quality. They will create strategies and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.  The TSG Group Leader will build partnerships with other shared services leaders, delivery leaders and even key outsourced partners to accomplish their goals. They will also attend and speak at key meetings to gain understanding and alignment towards success.
To Qualify:
  • 10+ years of information technology experience with at least 5 of those years in a testing supervisor role.
  • Leadership experience should include people leadership, budget management, vendor management and developing team strategies.
  • Testing experience should result in proficiency with testing methodologies, process modeling, process improvement, metrics, software quality management, business requirements review, planning/project management/budgeting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
