The IT Help Desk Leader manages the day-to-day operation of the IT Agency and Employee Help Desk group including scheduling help desk coverage, prioritizing, reviewing workflow and providing guidance to team members to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency, while acting as primary escalation point. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of end user help requests; including the monitoring, tracking, and coordination of help desk functions, training, and communication. Your primary measure of success will be on how you positively impact the organization by effectively applying your strengths in strategy development, planning, critical thinking, analytics, people leadership, communications, collaboration and organizational agility. 
To Qualify:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management) OR equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive business experience resulting in the ability to effectively manage team and individual performance.
  • Prefer help desk or call center leadership experience.
