Our Personal Lines business unit is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Customer Service and Policy Processing Representative. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for data processing for multiple personal lines products within the Underwriting Business Center (UBC).  As your experience grows your responsibilities may include handling communications, further assignments will vary upon skill growth and individual potential and may include phone and email correspondence with agencies, processing and evaluating agency submitted policy requests such as new business applications, endorsements or renewals, or handling project assignments focused on premium generation and correct classification.

To Qualify: the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; data entry skills; the abilities to think independently, manage large volumes of time sensitive and varied data entry with quality results, the ability to work well in a goal oriented team environment and retain information; as well as maintaining attention to detail and compliance to best practice procedures. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Internet Explorer.
