Customer Service Representative- Customer Care Center
Working at our corporate location in Westfield Center, you will be the primary contact for all customers on billing inquiries via phone, fax and electronic mail. While resolving errors, adjusting accounts and providing a high level of customer service, you will answer a high volume of incoming calls for Westfield billing, provide information, answer questions, research situations, make decisions and/or solve problems to provide effective customer service to insureds and agents. You will maintain a strong working knowledge of the billing system and policy system and initiate action, as well as maintain a strong working knowledge of all functions within the Premium Accounting department. You will also perform data entry to accounts, as needed and communicate changes to agents.
The ideal candidate will have customer service skills, a High School diploma or GED and one year of work experience, preferably in a service related position. Communication skills and data entry skills are required, as is the ability to communicate via different modes, (telephone, fax, electronic mail, etc.). You must be able to operate a computer, including a 10-key by touch.
The Customer Service Representative must be available for flexible shifts, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
