Workflow Coordinator

Working out of our Home Office, the selected professional will use our automated system to perform front-end key entry functions to enter commercial lines applications, automobile coverage applications and assign policy numbers. Additional responsibilities include ordering credit reports or property applications and translating this information into credit scores. The workflow coordinator also communicates with agents and other personnel to gain additional information necessary to complete applications and endorsements, and reviews, sorts and delivers renewals according to referral guidelines.

Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, good organizational, time management and customer service skills. Candidates must have speed and accuracy with regard to typing as this position will require a high volume of data entry.
