Our IT Data Analysis & Reporting group is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Cognos Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering complete IT solutions using IBM Cognos tools. This position will develop and maintain OLAP cubes and BI reports as well as ad hoc reports from data warehouses using Cognos. Your primary measure of success will be on how you effectively partner with business stakeholders, data analysts and database analysts to provide enterprise infrastructure to deliver analytics and reporting.
To Qualify:
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business
•At least two (2) years of Cognos BI experience, developing reports, cubes and frameworks
•This experience should result in the incumbent being very knowledgeable with IBM Cognos tools, SQL, relational databases and data modeling.
•Skills such as: manage projects, build and maintain relationships, quickly earn credibility and the ability to translate ideas into positive organizational change are necessary for success in this role.
