Our Internal Audit team is looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Internal Audit Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, empowering and developing quality audit staff while managing auditors to complete audits, special projects and consulting engagements while meeting milestones, including detail review of work performed to ensure quality of work completed, quality of audit observations and recommendations; and adherence to best practices. You will also be responsible for assisting in the performance of the risk assessment and development of the audit plan in addition to performing individual audits and investigations as required and providing risk management consulting support.  Your primary measure of success will be on how you positively impact the organization by effectively applying your strengths in planning, critical thinking, analytics, people leadership, communications, collaboration and organizational agility.

To Qualify:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college Accounting, Finance.
  • 5+ years public accounting/internal audit experience.
  • 3+ of those years of experience in supervisory/management position.
  • Industry Experience: P&C Insurance, Banking/Finance, or Public Accounting.
  • Certifications: CIA, CPA, CISA, CFSA, CFE, CPCU preferred.
