Our Commercial Lines team in the Information Technology’s Agency Automation group is looking for the right candidate to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst. In this position, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting & maintaining business requirements. In addition, Business Systems Analysts are responsible for managing clarifications between teams, managing requirements within management tools, ensuring therequirement discipline is leveraged by other SDLC disciplines and assisting the business with developing or modifying existing business processes. Your primary measure of success will be on how you assist business clients with communicating their needs to IT.

  • Must have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or Business or equivalent years of additional experience.
  • Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
  • 3+ years experience as a systems, business systems or business analyst.
  • Outstanding communication, organization, problem solving skills and personal relationship skills are a must to effectively manage numerous and simultaneous projects and priorities.
  • Experience as a developer working with a systems development life cycle.
