Our IT Service Management team is looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Asset Administrator. In this role, you will procure hardware assets including but not limited to computers, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, and servers based on our user specifications. This position will appropriately integrate with and leverage purchase order systems as well as prepare and stage hardware assets for delivery to users. You will also be responsible for reconciling physical inventories to asset records and performing audit functions.

To Qualify:
  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Business or related major,
  • Or at least 1 year of experience in IT, asset management, procurement, logistics or finance.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective work relationships.
  • Engaging interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients and management.
