Our Internal Audit team is looking for the right candidate to join as a Communications and Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the team with written, visual, and oral communication efforts, with focus on audit reports and Board level meeting materials.  This position supports the team in administrative tasks, accumulates data for analysis and presentation, and assists in the performance of audit procedures, as directed.  You are expected to regard all department activity with utmost confidentiality and integrity. Your primary measure of success will be on how you effectively support the team in a project driven environment enabling them to become more productive, organized, and focused on deliverables.

To Qualify:
• Associates degree in Communications, Writing, or related field, though a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
•Prefer at least three (3) years of work experience supporting a team
•This experience should result in: excellent written communication skills (e.g. proofreading, editing, grammar) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and Outlook
