Job Description:

Position Summary:
Provides administrative support for leadership, staff and others as needed.  Interacts with various internal and external customers in verbal, written, and electronic formats   May function as the receptionist for assigned area(s).
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 
  • Provides office support by implementing administrative systems, and procedures, and monitoring administrative projects.
  • Coordinates, schedules, prepares and records minutes for ministry meetings.
  • Maintains electronic calendars for leadership.
  • Prepares letters, memos, presentations and other documents.
  • Establishes and maintains document filing system, ensuring complete accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with ministry guidelines.
  • Organizes travel and business arrangements.
  • Maintains office equipment and inventory supply levels.
  • Attends to visitors and address inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the ministry to the general public, clients and customers.
  • Receives and sorts mail and deliveries
  • May perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Management Responsibilities:
This position has no management responsibilities. 

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year administrative and clerical experience preferred.
