This position is accountable for supporting the talent acquisition function, sourcing, interviewing and presenting top-quality candidates to managers for hiring consideration. Interacting collaboratively with talent acquisition team members, human resources team members, and hiring manager they will ensure immediate recruitment needs are being met. This position will be held accountable to recruitment targets based on key business initiatives. This position will provide pre-screened qualified candidates to management based on job profiles that include understanding key skills, traits and behaviors that are indicative of a successful employee along with ensuring the managers leadership style harmonizes with candidates preferred style.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Works in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team members, Human Resources team members, and hiring manager to analyze immediate staffing requirements.
Partners with the Hiring Manager and Sourcing Manager to identify sources of potential candidates from other companies, professional organizations, cold calling, direct referrals, community agencies, colleges/universities, diversity sources, and other e-networks.
Builds strong relationships with the Hiring Manager to become an integral part of the hiring decision.
Screens applicants over telephone and in person, conducts personal interviews utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques, and tests applicants (where appropriate).
Ensures compliance with all state and federal employment regulations and laws.
Works in partnership with Hiring Manager, HR Business Partner and Talent Stewardship Center of Excellence will prepare salary in development and delivery of workforce planning strategies.
Tracks and provides metric reporting on a monthly basis to include the number of positions filled, duration positions were open, costs to attraction, and recruiting sources used for each position.
Effectively utilizes recruitment related marketing tools and participates as necessary in local career fair events.
Provides feedback to HR Management team regarding process issues within Talent Acquisition and the Process Level for whom they are recruiting.
Prepares and extends offers of employment, negotiates salary, start dates, and relocation as needed within established guidelines with guidance from the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed.
Ensures all pre-employment requirements are satisfactorily completed before the candidate begins work.
Ensures candidates not selected receive timely notification.
Will provide program coordination as needed for all pre-employment processes.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred, 2 years of high volume exempt and non-exempt full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
Demonstrated experience sourcing, interviewing and recruiting qualified candidates for a large variety of professional and exempt level positions from a variety of sources, healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge of Human Resource practices, as well as Federal and State laws related to employment with particular knowledge of recruitment as it relates to Affirmative Action, EEO and OFCCP.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing recruitment and retention metrics and the ability to recognize trends and develop solutions.
Must have flexibility in schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed to screen potential candidates and mange recruitment events.
Ability to build strong relationships with managers and candidates.
Strong organizational, written and verbal communication and consultative skills required along with the ability to multi-task and be detailed oriented.
Strong analytical and business operational skills preferably in a healthcare environment.
Familiarity with technology/systems that support the recruiting function preferred. Intermediate level skill with word, excel, outlook and basic computer skills required

Position Scope/Patient Population:
This position’s has primary responsibilities for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team for a specified ministry or ministries.
This position has no responsibilities for supporting direct patient care.
