Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Full/Part Time Status:
Implements company driver recruitment activities, seeks out, interviews, screens and recruits over the road driver job applicants, recent driving school graduates or applicants for CDL training, to fill existing company job openings.
Interview applicants via phone to obtain work history, education, training and job skills.
Selects acceptable candidates in accordance with company and DOT regulations.
Ensures necessary criteria have been met for employment records.
Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Provide complete and accurate data for the Background Investigators.
Maintain proper attendance and punctuality to ensure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Ability to work on an USX site or USX customer location site while performing the essential functions of this position.
May include other duties as assigned by Management
Key Knowledge and Experience
Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Six months to one year experience in recruiting, sales, or related area.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Use of copier, fax, computer and modem required.
Prefer call center experience.
