Job Title:   Restaurant Executive Chef
Food and Beverage


The Restaurant Executive Chef is an integral part of the development and promotion of the exciting changes at Tropicana Las Vegas.

Responsibilities include:

-  Supports all Food and Beverage areas of operation.

-  Assists with hiring and training new Team Members.

-  Assists the Executive Chef in the cultural and financial growth of the Food and Beverage operations.

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

-  Has 5-6 years progressive experience in Food and Beverage operations with large volume and 4-5 Diamonds.

-  Must have current working knowledge of CCHD regulations and codes.

-  Has knowledge of Stratton Warren and Microsoft Office.

-  Has knowledge of P&L and budgeting process.
