JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Are you an organized multi-tasker with a genuine interest in others?  As a Resort Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating world-class guest services through The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Call Center.  In this multi-faceted role, you will be at the center of service activity, accommodating a diverse group of guests and engaging in the kinds of surprisingly unscripted interactions that separate us from the competition.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:  

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Provides stellar service to all CoStars and guests.
Handles all in-house calls originated from company house phones. 
Makes outbound calls as needed or directed.
Accurately routes calls as necessary.
Assist with overflown calls originated from guest rooms.
Provides accurate information to callers.
Update various company schedules and rosters on demand.
Promotes positive, productive motivation within department.
Maintains knowledge of current service offerings, in-room offerings, current product inventory levels, in-house activities and travel conditions.
Maintains knowledge of group events and convention location to assist guests.
Maintains a log of telecommunications problems, and reports any situations which need attention to the appropriate department and/or individual.
Communicates and responds to security codes as expected.
Contacts in-house Security and Emergency Medical Technicians as needed, and calls for help from outside agencies (Police, Fire Department, etc.) when deem necessary to report emergency situations.
Maintains full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures.
Other related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of one year related experience preferred.

 

EDUCATION:  

Minimum of one year related experience preferred.

 

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:  

As Required.
