Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the Pastry/pantry, hot line, prep and production, fry and/or stations or other areas of the kitchen.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES:
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills; safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Previous prep or line Pastry/cook experience.
College or culinary training or Pastry/cooking or equivalent work experience.
