Job Title:   Bingo Utility

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)
  1. Provides bingo kitchen with adequate supply of clean pots, pans, and dishes by manually washing items as needed, drying clean dishes, and putting them away in the appropriate area for distribution to the bingo area kitchen. - 50%
  2. Ensures beverage stations are stocked and clean byplacing delivered water, cups and condiments in beverage stations, cleaning coffee machines, soda machines, sinks, shelves, cabinets and counters according to established procedures. - 20%
  3. Maintains sanitary bingo kitchen by cleaning counters, floors,  shelves, walls, ceilings and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash cans, breaking down boxes, clearing hallway, and disposing of trash according to established procedures. - 10%
  4. Ensures bingo kitchen safety by organizing soiled pots, pans, and dishes prior to washing them, mopping and cleaning spills, and placing caution signs on wet floors and in hazardous areas according to established procedures. - 5%
  5. Ensures a clean and orderly storage area by arranging and straightening food products and equipment, wiping shelves and counters, disposing of empty cartons, boxes and trash, and sweeping and mopping storage area floors.- 5%
  6. Ensures chemicals, equipment, and supply costs are within established guidelines by regulating the amounts of chemicals and supplies used, minimizing waste of product, and notifying Food Service Manager of needed repairs on defective or damaged machinery and/or equipment. - 5%
  7. Performs Bingo Line Cook duties as needed by chopping, slicing, dicing, frying, and grilling foods following established procedures, and ensuring cold and hot food wells are filled and replenished as needed. - 5%
