Job Title:   Buffet Server
Sycuan Casino

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)
  1. Provides guests with service byacknowledging and welcoming guests entering the casino and buffet area, seating guests, promptly taking and serving beverage orders, and responding to guest requests. - 70%
  2. Promotes guest relations by greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner, offering appropriate information, product knowledge, knowledge of up to date promotional contests, giveaways, concerts, and giving any needed assistance. - 15%
  3. Maintains safe and sanitary dining areasby cleaning tables and food surfaces, picking up used plates, cups, condiments and utensils, and disposing of trash according to established procedures. - 10%
  4. Ensures restaurant stations are stocked and clean by completing and submitting supply requisitions, placing delivered water, food and supplies in designated areas, rolling silverware, and cleaning shelves, condiment holders and counters according to established procedures. - 5%
