Resort - Front Desk Reservations Agent
Average Hours per Week:
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all resort reservations, changes, cancellations, and confirmations. Must possess strong guest service & problem solving skills. Duties to include review room availability, run department reports needed for shifts, balance daily financials using company systems, handle guest room requests, assign rooms to guests accordingly. Perform check-in & check-out functions. Previous hotel front office/reservations experience desired. General office duties. Previous customer service & cash handling experience required.
Must posses basic computer skills, High School Diploma or GED, ability to work all shifts. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
