Job Title:   Valet Attendant

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

  1. Provides customers with valet parking service by collecting key from customer, giving customer identification receipt, placing matching identification tag on key and vehicle, inspecting vehicle for existing damage and recording information according to established procedures, parking vehicle, collecting receipt when customer requests vehicle, matching receipt and identification tags on key and vehicle, retrieving vehicle for customer, entering information into the point of sale system, collecting and processing payment and returning change if applicable, and entering customer information into Computerized Valet Parking System, following established procedures. - 40%
  2. Promotes customer relations by treating customers in a friendly and courteous manner, promptly greeting customers with a smile, assigning and logging wheelchair usage for customers, thanking customers upon departure, and notifying the Transportation Shift Manager of any customer complaints. - 20%
  3. Monitors employee shuttle routes by riding assigned busses, monitoring and ensuring passenger safety during transport, collecting information from employees and customers according to established procedures, assisting customers with Club Sycuan related inquiries, and assisting customers on and off the bus. 10%
  4. Provides customers, tribal, casino, and resort transportation by driving transportation vehicles off-site for customers and tribal, casino, resort, and/or marketing departments. - 10%
  5. Provides customers with on-property transportation by picking up customers in assigned golf cart and driving customers to requested destination. - 10%
  6. Maintains safe transportation practices by driving within established speed limits and observing safety precautions at all times. - 10%

  • Knowledge of Infogenesis software
  • Knowledge of Computerized Valet Parking System software
  • Multi-lingual

Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:

  • CaliforniaDrivers License in good standing
  • 6 months guest service experience


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Experience in a gaming environment

  • Ability to interact effectively
