Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Retains casino client base by initiating and fostering positive client relationships, maintaining high visibility in gaming areas, ensuring an excellent guest experience for players while in the casino, seeking out frequent players and inviting them to upcoming concerts and events, analyzing player tracking data and determining player value based on findings, issuing appropriate complimentaries, responding to player needs and requests, and resolving player issues and complaints following established procedures.- 60% 
  2. Develops client relationships by reviewing and tracking newly enrolled guest play times in player tracking system, implementing a player retention marketing campaign through direct mail and personal invitation, soliciting guest feedback regarding Casino services, promoting Club Sycuan enrollment to new players, corresponding with select players to encourage return visits, and assisting in planning and executing special player parties, promotions, special events and tournaments. - 40% 
Skills and Knowledge:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or Tagalog
  • Ability to complete documents and reports in Spanish or Tagalog
  • Working knowledge of casino player tracking software

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience providing guest service in a gaming or hospitality environment
