Job Title:   Food Stock Room Clerk

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time)

  1. Provides Food Service department personnel with requested supplies by receiving in-house orders, entering them into the computer database, preparing items for delivery, and delivering items to the proper locations. - 70%
  2. Assists with the replenishment of supplies by stocking and rotating goods received to their proper location according to established procedures. - 20%
  3. Maintains cleanliness of stock rooms, refrigerators, and equipment by properly discarding empty boxes and debris, sweeping and mopping floors, and scrubbing flatbed carts. - 10%

  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal directives and written directions
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism
  • Ability to read and complete forms/documents in the English language
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions
  • Ability to appear for work on time
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to eight hours at a time
  • Ability to bend and stoop
  • Ability to push and pull
  • Ability to use forklift and electric pallet jacks  


  • Working knowledge of inventory/warehouse computer systems

Job Specifications:
Education and Experience:
  • Food handler card
  • 1 year food warehouse experience 
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  •  Food service experience
