Summary:  Mixes and serves beverages for customers according to established guest service standards.  This is a seasonal position based on business needs.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Advanced experience in cooking. 
  • Follow all approved recipes and plate presentations.
  • Ability to handle a full service restaurant; including banquets and line level food presentations.
  • Acquired knowledge of sanitation according State and Federal guidelines.
  • Uses a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils. 
  • Assist in keeping freezers, walk-ins, and other storage areas in proper cleanliness and order; maintain proper rotation.
  • Assist in ensuring that all foods are covered, labeled, initialed, and stored properly. Practices safe food handling techniques.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned. 




  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Four or more years of experience or training preferred.
  • Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
  • Ability to obtain all required licensing.
  • Ensures that all guests and team members are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
  • Possesses the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
  • Must purchase and maintain tools necessary for work.
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.


Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Regularly required to see, hear and smell; stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. 
  • Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under occasional fast paced and hot working conditions.
