Summary: Responsible for planning and executing marketing promotions, entertainment, concerts and special events. Creates plans and coordinates casino promotions and events to drive new business or generate repeat visits.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages all customer promotional programs, events and entertainment engagements on property. Responsible for the day-to-day planning, communication and execution of all efforts associated with promotions and events.
  • Ensures promotional rules are written and submitted on time to meet all Pennsylvania Gaming Control board regulations.
  • Communicates all variables to Director of Marketing to ensure the successful execution of such events and promotions.
  • Prepares property communication and keeps the team well informed of promotions and events.
  • Manages the Events and Promotions coordinator to assist with efforts.
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills.
  • Conveys positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on the guest interaction.
  • Continuously improves service by assessing service problems using player feedback or data.
  • Maintains relationships with preferred vendors/suppliers of goods and services required to host events.
  • Conceptualizes theme development for promotions and events. 
  • Negotiates contracts and obtains competitive bids with the highest quality of service and products. Assists with casino gift sourcing and purchasing.
  • Maintains an ongoing schedule of promotions as outlined in the property marketing plan.
  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing to prepare special event, entertainment and promotional budgets. 
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to the state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations. 
  • Performs all other duties as assigned. 



  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • BA in Marketing or 3+ years of banquet/sales/marketing related experience.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to uphold presentation/demeanor in stressful situations.
  • Must be self-starter and have exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.


Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. 
  • Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
