ASIAN MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 

Description:

Summary: Responsible for attracting Asian player base to the property and cultivating loyalty to increment revenue.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
  • Achieves established revenue and reinvestment goals.
  • Builds and maintains database of Asian customers.
  • Develops and coordinates marketing programs and events to attract desired market.
  • Ensures gaming service expectations are met.
  • Advises of cultural requirements to executive staff.
  • Communication liaison between Chinese and English speaking guests and employees.
  • Stays up to date with trends that are important to this market.
  • Recommends media and social networking opportunities.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 3+ years of casino marketing experience.
  • Must be a highly motivated salesperson. 
  • Multilingual in Chinese and/or Vietnamese and/or Korean.  
  • Must exhibit excellent personable skills and an image of excitement and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

 

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear.
  • Work in a fast paced environment.
  • Exposure to smoke. 
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. 
  • Required to use telephone and computer. 
  • Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment.
