Customer Service Analyst
Supports and maintains internal and external customer relationships

  • Manages relationships with internal and external customers
  • Delivers excellent customer service
  • Leads dispute resolutions call between external customers, Operations and Sales
  • Works with Account Managers and Sales Support Team to provide accurate billing
  • Resolves customer complaints  
  • Obtains proper documentation and authorization throughout duration of project
  • Verifies and updates customer account information
  • Maintains accurate records of discussion and/or correspondence with customers
  • Processes payment information  
  • Audits project information and pricing
  • Composes and sends reports as requested  
  • Ensures accuracy of all project intake and changes
  • Advises on company information services including sorting, rework, containment and engineering  
  • Acts as liaison to Field Operations team to communicate project details


  • Associates Degree in Business AdministrationAccounting or related field preferred or at least two (2) years related work experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry practices preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Functions well in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
