Collections Security (e)-$500 sign bonus

Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the Collection team and all company assets to and from assigned route locations. Assists the Collection team with securely collecting and delivering monies to and from assigned route locations.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive Collection team to and from assigned route locations following all local, state, and federal laws and company’s driving policies and procedures
  • Guard and provide protection of Collection team and company assets
  • Assist with the collection of all monies from gaming machines within Golden Route Operations locations and complete the appropriate paperwork with location owners and managers
  • Assist with the counting and balancing of monies from machines
  • Assist with taking and recording meter readings, as necessary
  • Assist Collectors with bundling cash, sorting tickets and cash, as needed
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork for each location
  • Perform all work in a safe and secure environment
  • Prepare necessary supplies for the next day’s work
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations
  • Report any problems to Supervisor immediately
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
  • Direct and assist in evacuation during emergency situations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous law enforcement experience, military background, or previous casino and hotel experience preferred
  • Proven experience being reliable, dependable, and honest
  • Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system
  • Comfortable driving during various driving conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour
  • Able to successfully work independently
  • Possess excellent communication and organization skills 
  • Able to communicate effectively with team members, guests, location owners/managers and supervisors
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service
  • Previous experience working in a team or group environment
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations
  • Must have a full-duty belt and be able to legally own a firearm
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels
  • Frequently bend, reach, twist, climb, squat, kneel, stand, and walk
  • Frequently sitting and driving
  • Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
