Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, the incumbent assists the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in implementing all established procedures for the Sunset Grill. Responsible for directing staff to create a memorable guest experience. Ensures that all set-up duties are completed in a proper and timely manner, interacts with guests and assists with all duties when needed. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant supervisory experience preferred. Must adhere to policies and procedures. This position requires multi-tasking with heavy emphasis on providing detailed, organized management of operational functions while being capable or working in an atmosphere where numerous interruptions may occur. This position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
