Under the direction of the HR Manager, the incumbent provides administrative support for the Human Resources department in coordination with other support staff.
•Must be assertive and work independently.
•6 months – 1 year of clerical/administrative experience.
•Must be highly organized and be able to manage multiple tasks.
•Must be able to meet time sensitive deadlines.
•Must possess exceptional communicative and interpersonal skills
•Must have strong computer skills to include MS Word and Excel.
•Infinium knowledge is highly desired.
•Must have exceptional phone etiquette.
•Multi-lingual skills, to include Spanish, preferred.
•Must be trustworthy as a high need for confidentiality is demanded.
•Must have a professional demeanor.
•Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Schedule will include non-traditional office hours.
