High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor of Arts in Food & Beverage Management or related field and one to two years of restaurant/lounge supervisory experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must be TIPS certified. Must possess basic mathematical skills which include the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, specific to position responsibilities. Must be able to analyze Food & Beverage data. Proficient knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
