Job Description:

Summary: The Bowling Control Desk team member is responsible for customer service in the Starlight Lanes Bowling Center. This team member provides the customers with lane assignments; makes sure they are fitted appropriately for their shoes, and handles lane response questions. Major Responsibilities/Activities: • Greets customers in a timely manner and acknowledges guests while waiting for service. • Answers general bowling center inquiries received on the telephone or within the bowling center, and directs other inquiries to the appropriate departmental person. • Assists guests in planning, booking and coordinating special functions. • Acts as a liaison with Food and Beverage department to ensure seamless execution of parties and special events. • Processes cash and credit transactions using the bowling system and POS system in an accurate and in a timely manner. • Complies with all policies and procedures to include safety regulations of the bowling center. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members. • High School Diploma or GED. • General knowledge of bowling. • One year customer service experience. • Display strong verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non gaming license.
