§ Perform responsibilities as paste pumper, utility, seamer operator, relief, depalletizer, diced tomato pumping, ingredient weighing, etc as directed by supervisor
§ During periods of downtime, clean and/or sweep floor.
§ Keep area neat and orderly.
§ Be knowledgeable of all job functions related to production.
§ Work as a team player with members of the crew and others in the plant.
§ Adhere to all Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP’s and safety.
§ Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan and prerequisite program requirements.
§ Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
