§ Effectively operate equipment within the Packaging department, as directed by supervision
§ Substitute or cover breaks for other employees, as needed
§ Keep the area and equipment clean and neat at all times
§ Perform other duties, as required by supervision
§ Perform changeover activities, as required
§ Responsible for monitoring, record keeping, and taking appropriate action for specified Food Safety Plan, Food Quality Plan and prerequisite program requirements.
§ Responsible to report food safety and quality issues to management.
§ Adhere to Red Gold policies, rules and regulations, including GMP’s, safety, quality and sanitation
