Performs dishwashing including pot and pan washing, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas, and routine cleaning. Equipment used includes mechanical dishwashing, disposal and pulverizing systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Able to take direction from manager and supervisors. Long periods of standing, walking. Subject to extremely hot water and hot plates. Lifting of up to 50 pounds and pushing carts of dishes up to 150 pounds. Ability to work holidays and weekends is necessary.
