Job Title: F&B Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Under general supervision, assist executive staff by providing clerical and administrative support.

  1. Deliver internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way.  Always exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor.  Be polite and courteous when speaking with guests and team members.  Look for and act upon opportunities to assist guests and team members.  Be sincere and genuine during all interactions.  Be prepared with the knowledge and skill required to be responsive to guests and team member’s needs and questions.


  2. Maintain office administrative duties, including answering phones; making travel arrangements and reservations; making appointments, greeting visitors (including determining nature of business); composing and sending correspondence and statistical reports; recording minutes of meetings; sorting, preparing and prioritizing mail; and maintaining files, to ensure effective preparation of materials, flow of information , and management of schedule to allow the executive management team to most efficiently utilize time for matters relevant to the successful operations and financial management of the property.

  3. Compose memos and letters, under general direction for final approval and signature, ensuring accurate, effective preparation and presentation of information.

  4. Process purchase requisitions for supplies and other items needed by departments, authorizing purchase orders within guidelines to ensure timely procurement of necessary items.

  5. Plans and coordinates meetings which include gathering, compiling and organizing all required information and creating presentation material.

  6. Handles complimentaries and reservations as requested by executive staff.

  7. Assists with payroll and menus both creating and printing them.

  8. Gathers and edits monthly reports from and prepares final reports for executive staff.

  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.  

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.

  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.

  • Experience with word processing and spreadsheet computer applications.

  • Demonstrated record of previous office experience with a similar degree of comparable complexity.


These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school education or equivalent and at least five years experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
