Job Description:
The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for guests and employees, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force. The incumbent is also responsible for overseeing food preparation on all shifts for an assigned food outlet to ensure quality of food and guest satisfaction. Coordinates with front-of -the-house staff to ensure effective coordination of service in order to achieve food Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc.'s food service goals.
 
Job Requirements:
These skills are typically acquired through a minimum of eight years progressive food preparation experience, or through the completion of a culinary arts degree or accredited apprenticeship and four years of progressive food preparation experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
