The Slot Tech Supervisor is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.  The Slot Tech Supervisor is also responsible for performing all repairs necessary without assistance; possesses advanced and comprehensive knowledge of all facets of slot machine diagnosis and repair; provides training and guidance to lesser experienced technicians, and has previous supervisory experience in the slot field.Supervises staff and resources related to Slot Operations on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with established regulations.

Job Requirements:


This position spends majority of shift on the casino floor and is subject to varying levels of crowds, noise and smoke, the severity of which depends upon customer volume.

This position is at times subjected to hazards such as minor and high voltage electrical shocks.

Ability to communicate effectively at all times with all levels of employees.

Ability to observe and direct actions of subordinates.

Ability to inspect and maintain areas and equipment for which responsible and make all necessary repairs to machines.

Must be able to use the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, hand tools, test equipment, grinders, gas and arc welders.

This position is physical in nature and requires the ability to bend, carry all repair equipment and crawl so as to be able to make all necessary repairs to machines.




This position requires advanced mechanical and electronic diagnostic and repair skills. 


The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance within this position are typically acquired through five or more years of directly related work experience as well as one to two years supervisory experience.
