Percepta is currently looking for enthusiastic French Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who know how to balance having fun while working hard.  If you enjoy a fast paced environment and working with a great team, keep reading.  The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting expected customer service levels; and support business performance goals by a providing full range of customer service; answer regular customer inquiries and concerns via multiple channels (telephone, correspondence, or email). Position is located in Melbourne, Florida.
Percepta excels at providing outsourced customer contact and auto dealer services including concern resolution, technical support, sales and marketing support and business process management. .
What You’ll Do
  • Provide high quality customer support using the processes in place.
  • Promptly processes and answers and/or resolves customer inquiries and concerns, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids, research, and existing desktop solution tools and taking the appropriate action with utmost priority and speed, to ensure service level metrics are achieved.
  • Communicate professional, grammatically correct verbal responses to customer inquiries and concerns; educate the customer on client products and services.
  • Place outbound calls to customers and dealers (when necessary) to understand the needs of the customer and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  •  You will complete product training and keep your product knowledge current.

What You Need to Have  
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the French language (Quebecois)
  • One year customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships (internally and externally)
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, planning and problem solving skills
  • Ability and desire to continually expand your knowledge and develop yourself
