Talent Acquisition Specialist

Temporary Assignment (6-8 week assignment)

Percepta is currently looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist  with knowledge of full life cycle recruiting.  This position requires a demonstrated ability to recruit for broad range of customer service positions.  The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, interviewing and hiring job candidates for open positions. 
What You’ll Do

  • Knowledge in all full-life cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying and interviewing
  • Experience with relationship management while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process
  • Ability to function independently in a high-volume fast paced environment
  • Respond to inquiries about recruitment activities
  • Contact candidates, schedule assessments, interview and rank candidates, and participate in selection process
  • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on pre-established selection criteria and Percepta’s recruitment policies
  • Provide regular and timely updates to hiring managers and candidates regarding status of recruitment process.
  •  Prepare job offers


What You Need to Have  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in professional, exempt and non-exempt recruiting
  • Proficiency in internet recruiting and data mining
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
  • Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills.  Able to prioritize, multitask, adapt and thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
  •  Ability to drive customer service skills, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
