  • Greet and communicate with all guests in a friendly and courteous manner.  Insure prompt, expedient and courteous service to all guests and visitors to the outlet at all times.
  • Smile and show genuine interest in the guests’ needs or questions and always attempt to accommodate any reasonable request.
  • Receive the food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen or Bartenders, as required.  Repeat the orders back to the guests for accuracy when possible. 
  • Proficiently operate the established POS systems by following the correct ordering procedures, identifying the correct menu items or drinks provided and that the approved comping procedures or Player’s Club discounts are followed, when applicable.
  • Retrieve/carry the prepared orders from the kitchen area and deliver them to the guest in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Check with the guests on the temperature, quality and flavor of the entrée selections delivered.  Ask if any condiments or additional items can be obtained to enhance their dining experience. 
  • Re-fill the drinks as necessary and offer a selection of dessert selections at the appropriate time.
  • Maintain a clean and safe dining and work area at all times.  Keep the drink stations and side bars wiped down and free of dirty glassware, plates, silverware and ashtrays and dispose of used plastic cups, beer cans and other trash. 
  • Assist in filling in or offering a break to the other co-workers as requested.  Complete the tasks as assigned or as needed.
  • Maintain a good working relationship and provide daily detailed communications with the Restaurant Manager, the Food Shift Supervisors, Food and Beverages Leaders and other co-workers.
  • Conduct themselves at all times in accordance with the established Resort’s Mission, Value System, and Guest Promise.  Notify co-workers of discrepancies noticed.  Adhere to all grooming standards.
  • Follow all Resort, and departmental policies and procedures, as required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned. 


  • Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
  • A high school diploma or a General Education Development Certificate (GED) or its equivalent is preferred.
  • Must be Serv-Safe (Serving Food Safely) certified before starting to work.  All candidates must successfully complete the scheduled class and obtain a test score of 84% or higher.
  • Must be C.A.R.E. (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively) certified before starting to work.  All candidates must successfully complete the class and obtain a test score of 84% or higher.
  • Must be friendly and present a good attitude and a smile at all times.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal, and be able to perform their job duties with professionalism and sincerity.
  • Must have the ability to deal well with change and uncertainty and flexible enough to adapt and sensible respond to the situation at hand.  Must set goals and identify and solve problems.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and deploy resources effectively.  Must be able to demonstrate efficiency in their daily work practices and meet the established deadlines.
  • Must be able to inspire other associates in the department to provide the highest level of guest service.
  • Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays and overtime, as required.
Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 90% of their assigned shift.
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver at least forty (40) lbs.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, and pulling may be required throughout shift.
  • Must be able to work within a smoke filled environment.
