  • Provide outstanding guest and associate service while performing assigned duties, including interpreting and conveying information throughout the Resort.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of resort services and hours of operation.
  • Accommodate the guest needs in the pool area.
  • Distribute towels
  • Keep laundry picked up.
  • Keep pool in a presentable manner and keep pool furniture clean and neat.
  • May perform the duties of a Spa Desk / Lounge Attendant or Fitness Center Attendant if staffing level is inadequate.
  • Work in Spa when needed including but not limited to such tasks as:
    • Opening/Closing of Spa or Fitness Center.
    • Make sure Spa and/or Fitness Center is clean and presentable.
    • Assist maintaining inventory control of all locker supplies and cleanliness of all guest space.
    • Make sure all lights, hydraculators, hot cabby, steam and whirlpools are on/off.
    • Make sure all laundry is gathered, folded, and restocked and the therapy rooms are clean and ready for appointments.
    • Answer Spa phone and make therapy appointments.
  • Know, enforce and adhere to pool rules.
  • Know the location of the MSDS Manuel.
  • Follow all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Willing to attend training courses.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned. 


  • Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
  • A High School diploma, a General Education Development (GED) certificate or its equivalent is preferred.
  • Preferably CPR or Red Cross certified.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and ability to do multiple tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
  • Must have excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Willingness to learn and understand tribal customs and culture.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Must be able to detect if a guest is in need of assistance.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and interpret routine reports and correspondence.
  • Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written. 
  • Must be willing and able to follow all departmental policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver a minimum of twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Must be able to push or pull a minimum of seventy-five (75) pounds.
  • Extensive bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling and stretching of arms may be required throughout the assigned shift.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk approximately 80% of assigned shift.
  • Must be able to sit approximately 20% of assigned shift.
  • Must be able to perform position requirements and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces.
  • Must be able to work with hazardous chemicals.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to work within a smoke filled environment.
