Job Overview:

Our Wind Creek Platform team powers the online experiences and services our customers love, and we pride ourselves in our culture of inclusivity, customer focus and quality.  We’re looking for a Director of Program Management who can lead a team of talented Program Managers to drive our strategy, roadmap, and execution in partnership with design, engineering, stakeholders, and executives.  If you start with the customer first, are curious, use the right mix of data and instinct and lead through influence instead of authority, we’d like to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead our product team in creating amazing experiences for our customers
  • Lead a team of Program Managers in full cycle scenario ownership
  • Mentor and grow Program Managers of varying career stages
  • Drive product and services strategies and roadmap alignment across the company
  • Facilitate design and engineering execution
  • Collaborate effectively with product and engineering leaders
  • Effectively manage a diverse and distributed team of full-time and contract resources
  • Provide creative guidance and best practices for team
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)

  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
  •  Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field AND three (3) years’ experience in a Management position– required
    • OR Seven (7) years’ experience in a Management position– required
    • OR Five (5) years’ experience in a Management position with Wind Creek Hospitality– required
  • Five (5) years of people management experience – building/leading diverse, inclusive, and high-functioning teams of varying career stages in a technology or gaming company– required
  • Ten (10) years shipping consumer mobile, desktop, console and/or web consumer experiences as a Product Manager, Program Manager or equivalent experience– required
  • Ability to identify customer and business problems and work cross-functionally to deliver feasible solutions
  • Experience turning complex problems into simple customer solutions
  • Experience coaching early in career Product Managers or Program Managers
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build consensus within a cross-functional team
  • Experience partnering well with design, engineering, stakeholders & execs
  • Experience presenting to all levels of an organization (individual contributors to execs)
  • Experience delivering video games or casino style games
  • Experience communicating product requirements verbally and through written documentation
  • Ability to give actionable UX feedback on product implementation
  • Create prototypes and/or presentations to help pitch new concepts
  • Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have a valid and current State Driver’s License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required
  • Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
  • Must have a Pennsylvania and/or Illinois Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position as requested
  • Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
