High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Previous alcohol serving experience in high volume preferred.

Successfully complete within ninety (90) days of hire, Alcohol and Food Safety Service certification.

Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude towards each guest and fellow team members to ensure a pleasant and efficient work environment.

Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and Power Point; point of sale system knowledge preffered.

Ability to communicate effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization.

Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possesses integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with stress effectively.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The team member is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member is regularly required to stand and walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The team member is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to twenty five (25) pounds and may be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds with assistance.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases and it is not smoke free.
